PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 48-72 hours for us to lovingly pack and process your order before it ships. Please note this can change during peak seasons. Our studio and warehouse is closed on weekends and statutory holidays, so any orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If your package bounces back due to an address hiccup, we’ll need to charge a small re‑shipping fee to get your goodies back in your hands. Double‑check your address at checkout to keep things smooth!

GROUND ONLY: Our Nail Lacquers ship ground transport only within Canada, per safety regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄
Your joy is everything. If you’re not absolutely stoked with your purchase, here’s the low‑down:

REACH OUT within 30 days of delivery at customercare@truefictioncosmetics.com with your order number and reason.

KEEP IT UNUSED & in original packaging for hygienic safety.

WE’LL SEND AN RA NUMBER plus a prepaid return label (Canada & USA only).

SHIP IT BACK using a traceable service—FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, or courier of choice.
Once we receive your return, refunds process in 7–10 business days, and we’ll email you the status.
SALE ITEMS & LASHES: All eyelash orders and sale items are final sale.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
Email a snap of the damage + your order number within 7 days, and we’ll replace it ASAP (same style only).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? Email us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once you see a shipment confirmation, it’s on its way—but you can still return unopened items for a refund (minus shipping).
