Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Our studio is closed on weekends and statutory holidays — orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. Transit time starts from that date, not from when you placed the order.

Canada Free standard shipping on orders $50+ CDN. We ship to PO boxes.

United States Free standard shipping on orders $50+ USD via USPS. Allow 5–10 business days after processing.

We ship from Vancouver. US orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival — as the importer of record, you're responsible for any applicable fees.

International Canada and the USA for now. More to come.

Nail Lacquers Nail lacquers ship ground transport only within Canada, per safety regulations.

Undeliverable Packages If an order comes back to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will apply. Worth a second look at checkout.


Returns

If something isn't right, we want to know.

Reach out within 30 days of delivery at customercare@truefictioncosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We'll issue an RA number and return instructions. Ship it back via any traceable service — Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or a courier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. You choose where it goes — back to your original payment method or as store credit.

Final Sale All eyelash orders and sale items are final sale.

Damaged on Arrival Email a photo of the damage and your order number within 7 days. We'll sort out a replacement of the same style quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, reach out within 7 days. We look at these case by case and will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations Email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to stop it. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, it's on its way — but unopened items are still eligible for return, minus shipping.
